The New York Metropolis Group Inc. Metropolis Drum Corps was founded January of 2021 by Victor English, Elmo James, Sabrina M. Jones and Marchello Baine for the purpose of giving our youth particularly in under served communities the opportunity to develop life long positive skills and a road to higher education and more that the drum corps philosophy and training provides.
