NY Metropolis

The Metropolis Drum Corps, established in 2021 by The New York Metropolis Group Inc., is dedicated to revitalizing Drum Corps in the five boroughs and the Tri-State area. Our organization is a vibrant community of professionals, advocates, and former Drum Corps musicians who have greatly benefited from this cultural platform since the 1950s. Our network spans across the metropolis, featuring members who have become full-time musicians, lawyers, teachers, entrepreneurs, artists, and more.

We are committed to addressing the challenges in today's inner-city communities by offering a program that instills discipline, focus, integrity, and excellence in our youth. Our mission is to foster pride and empower children by helping them realize their potential. As a grassroots initiative, we rely on community support, which also helps us teach our children the importance of community care. At the NY Metropolis Drum Corps, we pride ourselves on building tomorrow's future leaders.
