Marchello Baine is Vice President of Human Resources for Sellers Construction Company, LLC, a conglomerate that specializes in surface mining, grading/site preparation, and transport in numerous states.  Marchello brings to Sellers a record of exceptional leadership and strategic vision with the ability to develop leaders and drive results. His prior position includes Vice President of Human Resources and Safety for Beasley Flooring/Forest Products, LLC., a timber production company that also specializes in making custom hardwood flooring. When he is not working, Marchello serves on the Middle Georgia Employer Association, the Macon Re-Entry Coalition, the Mission United Leadership Committee, the Middle Georgia Food Bank, and on the Executive Committee of the Macon Chapter of the N.A.A.C.P. Marchello also enjoys all genres of music and plays multiple instruments. He also likes to read and spend time with his family.
